GENERAL ART QUESTIONS:

What tablet/program do you use to draw?

We do 99% of our work on the Wacom Cintiq 22HD pen display tablet (2013) using Photoshop CS5.

Are you open for commissions?

We are currently closed for commissions.

 

SHOP / ORDER QUESTIONS:

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my order even though it's marked as shipped. Is it lost?

If the order is shipped to a Canadian address: please contact us! 

If order is shipped to non-Canadian address: there's a chance that it's currently being processed in border inspection. It normally doesn't happen, but we've had tracked orders that should've taken 4 days to arrive take almost 1.5 months because it got stuck in customs. This is most likely to happen during holidays and Winter. Please let us know if your order is taking too long to arrive, so we can help look into this!

I saw you have _______ item photo posted on the FalseDelusion social media, but I don't see it in your shop. Where can I buy it?

Please contact us with screenshot of the item you're interested in! Sometimes we discontinue selling an item that we still have stock of in order to keep our store "clean". If we have the item you'd like to purchase, we can make a custom listing for you.
