Shipping Policies

COVID-19 Shipping 

All our orders are currently being shipped out to Canada+USA only, and with tracking numbers for greater peace of mind. 

All orders may experience some delays in shipping times until further notice by our postal service (Canada Post). This is due to couriers experiencing a higher than normal influx of packages. 

[International shipping outside North America currently not available due to shipping costs being too high, sorry!] For international orders (i.e. outside of Canada), limited airline availability have also caused many countries to be impacted. Mail within destination countries is moving slowly as international postal authorities have advised of service disruptions. Certain countries have suspended mail delivery all together so please be sure to double-check before ordering.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Usually most items takes 1-4 business days, exceptions apply for custom made to order items (1-9 business days). 

Processing time means the time it takes to make/print/get the item, package it, and drop off at postal office. Business days are counting from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and federal Holidays.

Estimated shipping times (after item is dropped off at postal office)
North America: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-6 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-12 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-12 weeks

Please message us if urgent priority shipping is needed, because each item might be different and we will provide custom quote.

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them in case of uncontrollable circumstances such as weather delays (Canadian winters sucks). 

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
